Getting started

A useful first step.
Not a transformation program.

Bring one queue, handoff, or recurring problem. We help define a bounded first responsibility and a supported path into operation.

Managed autonomy

Authority is earned task by task.
And it can be pulled back.

Your first Digital Worker starts in shadow mode. Authority grows one task at a time as local evidence builds, and a supervisor can narrow it at any time.

Working together

Your team leads the work.
We help make it usable.

DOpS and its embedded AI Advisor reduce the need to assemble everything from scratch.

Timing follows the agreed scope, access, and validation requirements. A first deployment is not a promise that every function is ready for autonomous operation.

What your team contributes.

A sponsor and supervisor, people who know the work, relevant procedures, approved access, and time to review the design and evidence.

What ConverGen contributes.

DOpS, reusable operating know-how, implementation support, configuration, and help with validation and ongoing operation. The embedded AI Advisor supports discovery, documentation, analysis, and improvement.

What the paid assessment produces.

A defined problem and scope, baseline measures, an initial Digital Worker design, deployment requirements, a value case, and an implementation proposal. Agreed deliverables are useful inputs to the decision to proceed.

What we measure together.

Completed work, staff and supervisor time, quality, exceptions, rework, and total operating cost. Activity alone is not a demonstrated outcome.

How you pay

Priced like work.
Valued like transformation.

One transparent fee for each verified task, always a fraction of what the same work costs locally. Retries and duplicates are never billed. A monthly statement shows the tasks done, the fee, and the outcomes you care about.

The reason to buy is not the fee. It is a clinic where nothing falls between departments, every patient feels known, and the owner leads with facts.

How to get started

Start with the work that matters.

Bring one bottleneck. We will help identify a practical first step.
